Shipping policy

Once payment has cleared, the estimated completion time is 12-18 Weeks (Depending on the size and karat of your chain, please view product page for specifics) before being shipped with 2 Day shipping if you are a United States customer. Add-ons such as Diamonds, Sleek Locks, or Rose/White Gold may add up to 1-2 weeks to production times.

We use FedEx 2 day shipping with full insurance. Shipping is free, but an adult signature is REQUIRED for delivery. Billing and shipping addresses MUST match, or your order will be cancelled. If you are not available for delivery, FedEx will hold your package for up to 5 business days before it is returned to us.
