Final Weight Disclosure

When you order a Made To Order chain or bracelet, it is made by hand, created just for you. Each chain is unique, and as such, the weight reflected on our site is an estimate based on similar previous orders. The majority of orders we make end up being within 1-3 grams of our estimates,  but in extreme cases we will offer a partial refund in your favor based on the final weight.
