How can I finance my Cuban Link Chain or Bracelet?

We've partnered with Affirm to give our customers more options and freedom when making a purchase. To see if you qualify for financing, follow these steps.

1. Add the chain or bracelet you're interested into your cart.

2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address.

3. Proceed to payment and choose "Shop Pay" and click Pay Now.

4. You will be asked for more information to see if you qualify. 

5. If approved, select your financing terms (For instance, a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks), and place the order. 

Rates from 0% APR or 10-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers affirm.com/licenses.

Why are your weights only listed as estimates for made to order chains?

Our made to order chains and bracelets are made by hand.  Each chain is unique, and as such, the weight reflected on our site is an estimate based on similar previous orders. The majority of orders we make end up being within 1-3 grams of our estimates,  but in extreme cases we will offer a credit in your favor. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

If your order is Made to Order, once payment has cleared, the estimated completion time can be anywhere between 2-3 months depending on what the size and karat is of your order. Each specific chain and bracelet has its estimated completion time on its product page. 

If you purchase an in stock chain, the chain will be shipped within 3 business days once payment clears using the same FedEx 2-Day Shipping.

Do you collect sales tax?

We only collect sales tax if you are ordering from the state of Florida (FL)

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from delivery to request a refund. Please contact us within that time frame with your Order Number and we will send you a return label. Once we receive the return, it will be inspected for damage, and if cleared by our jeweler, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be deposited into your account.

What do you use to ship?

We use FedEx 2 day shipping with full insurance. Shipping is free, but an adult signature is REQUIRED for delivery. Billing and shipping addresses MUST match, or your order will be cancelled. If you are not available for delivery, FedEx will hold your package for up to 5 business days before it is returned to us. 

Do you use real gold?

Our store only deals with gold products, our chains and bracelets are only sold as solid gold, and are always stamped with their purity (10k, 14k, or 18k) on it's lock. Our chains are always made of solid gold, we do not manufacture hollow or plated products. 

Can I trade in my gold to use towards my purchase?

Yes, you can trade in your gold for credit towards your purchase, or upgrade chains or bracelets previously bought from us for a bigger size. Please see our trade-in/upgrade program for more details.
